Shokuyoku No Aki

Posted by ghee on Jun-27-2009

Most of the people here gain weight after summer or on winter time.We have an expression,Shokuyoku no Aki, which means a season of hearty appetites that refers to Autumn or Aki.The food that are responsible for this are the new rice, mushrooms which include matsutake and shimeji, fishes and one of them is sanma/autumn sword fish, veggies(sweet potatoes, taro potatoes and so on),and fruits(grapes, persimmons, pears, chestnuts and more!).Oh just thinking about them makes my tummy growls…

Well, after pampering yourselves with these kinds of food, you might regret the result. The next thing on your mind would be weight loss.If you would just keep on having heavy exercises daily, avoiding food would not be necessary,in fact,it is easier to get a rebound from it.What if it didn`t work at all?Time for supplements?I don`t know…see Liporexall and find out if it would give you any good effect. :)
